A technical services firm founded in 2004 to provide comprehensive services for the design, construction and operational phases of commercial office buildings, Multi-family Residential Projects, Institutional facilities, museums and public performance venues.
From conception to post occupancy, we are here to help the Owner with the overriding goal to protect the owner's interest throughout the design, construction process and normal operations by ensuring their facility is well designed and will function optimally. Our specialty is in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building control systems.
The owner, John C. Haines is a LEED Accredited Professional with BD+C specialty, designated as an ACG/AABC Certified Commissioning Agent, AABC/EMA Certified Energy Management Professional, licensed DC 3rd Class Steam Engineer, 1st Class Maryland Stationary Engineer, NIULPE Chief Engineer and Associate Member of ASHRAE.
